About BOMA Anchorage

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Anchorage (BOMA Anchorage) is an organization of commercial property owners, managers, leasing agents and allied professionals with an interest in promoting the professional, educational and legislative interests of the commercial property industry in the State of Alaska. 

The local chapter, BOMA Anchorage, was established in 1983, and currently represents over 40 million square feet of commercial property in the Municipality of Anchorage.

Our membership represents a cross section of the Commercial Real Estate Industry in Alaska, with members in Anchorage, and as far north as Fairbanks and south to Juneau.
